EcoPorts has developed over the years as a powerful network of Ports Sharing Environmental Experience. This has been achieved through the enthusiasm and passion of the people who have been involved in the past and continue to be involved now and in the future, the Friends of EcoPorts.

Susann Dutt

Areas of expertise: MBA - International Business Program, specialisation environmental economics with 15 years of experience from strategic environmental management system according to ISO 14001 for large, small and medium sized companies, mainly from the transport field. Has been working at the Port of Göteborg since 1998 with strategic environmental management, communication/training, analysis of trends and representing the Port in environmentally related projects, nationally/internationally. Coordinates the Onshore Power Supply project within World Ports Climate Initiative.


Stavros Stamatoukos
Diploma in Electrical & Computer Engineering
Master in Environmental Management (EPCEM) 
Started with ECOPORTS project, as a student of the University of Amsterdam. With a team of students developed a methodology for Port Environmental Managers to measure environmental improvement using a set of Environmental Performance Indicators.  Later he joined the project management team (Willems & van den Wildenberg) and he assisted in the organisation of the 2nd ECOPORTS Conference (Marseille, March 2005).  In April 2005 he joined the EPF Secretariat where he worked until May 2006.
