• Annual SDM review and supporting Benchmark report and SWOT analysis
• Access to PERS tool, and PERS Certification as a cost based service (separately chargeable)
• Annual Training / Workshop session in use of tools, website etc. including updates on changes and developments
• Coaching and Helpdesk support (up to an agreed time per year, and then chargeable on a cost basis)
• Additional training and coaching can be arranged by EPF on a cost basis
