Training & Coaching

A critical component of the training and coaching are the EPF Practitioners, formerly known as Certified Trainers. This team re-enforce the "Ports assist Ports" principle of EPF. The existing team of 11 EPF Practitioners will soon be expanded to include colleagues from Ports experienced in the use of the SDM and PERS tools.

Many ports find it very beneficial to have the support of a coach or mentor who can provide guidance via the phone or ‘in-situ’ through the SDM and PERS processes supporting a more comprehensive learning experience. This ‘Ports assist Ports’ approach was already piloted and is now offered as an EPF service.

EcoPorts Foundation (EPF) offers different training options to its Network Partners and other interested organisations. The following options are available at the moment:
